As part of her job, Adeline has co-led the Equinor and Techstars Energy Accelerator program, a global accelerator program for early-stage startups who are developing sustainable energy solutions. Additionally, she has worked with the local innovation ecosystem in Norway, to promote the creation of local innovation hubs. In 2023, Adeline has been one of the main faces of Equinor’s corporate communication campaign, and has engaged in public speaking activities to raise awareness about Equinor’s innovation strategy and promote talent attraction.

Adeline has previously studied at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, UK and the University of Richmond in Virginia, USA. She has an MA in Geography and Economics, and an MSc in Geographical Information Science.  Adeline is known as a curious, open and inclusive person that aims to build bridges amongst team members. Through (or outside) her job, she is interested in creating local impact that makes society more fair, inclusive & sustainable, and she is interested in empowering people! In her free time, she enjoys painting, sculpting and exploring nature.
